Lucía  is a career and development coach. She is certified by the MOE Foundation and the Association for Coaching. Her practice focuses on helping neurodivergent women to navigate professional changes, promotions, and new job opportunities. She is also a recognized mentor on ADPList.

In addition to private coaching, she teaches masterclasses for entrepreneurs at London South Bank University. She also works in human-centred research and previously worked with NHS England.
