"Really helpful and informative, with a relaxed, zero-pressure atmosphere. The book itself was very useful and detailed.
The dialogue between Charlotte and the audience made it feel like a genuine 'safe space'."

- Q-Time Participant

“An incredibly insightful and heartfelt session that gave us space to pause, reflect, share experiences, and learn practical ways to care for ourselves and each other. It was a timely reminder of the importance of looking after our mental health—both individually and collectively.”

"I learned a lot about the way our brains work and how we can address it. It also showed that I am not alone in some of the challenges I face personally and that people in the LGBTQ community may be experiencing higher levels of anxiety due to workplace culture."
