Queerwell, Your Mental Health Charity, is on a mission to tackle the mental health crisis in our community.

We know LGBTQIA+ people are significantly more likely to experience anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide, and this is frequently the result of societal barriers and discrimination.

We are now looking for a Communications specialist to join our Board of Trustees to help us change that narrative.

The Role

‍

Working closely with the CEOand Trustees you will provide:

• strategic oversight of external and internal communications

• communications support with crisis management

• support in raising our national profile

• help in ensuring our strategy meets our charitable objectives

We are working to create a diverse and inclusive work culture which is reflective of the communities we serve. And we are looking for a person with atrack record as a communications specialist who is looking to step into theirfirst or second Board position.
