Live Online 15th March 6-6.45pm
Chloe is an experienced yoga teacher (and photographer) and has been working in the fitness industry for 20 years initially as a spinning instructor and now as a yoga teacher.
She likes to challenge common myths around yoga; that in order to practice yoga one needs to be super flexible (she’s not and you don’t have to be either!) or that chasing complicated postures is the goal (again, it’s not!). Weaving both yoga philosophy and an understanding of anatomy into her classes she offers plenty of options to suit our very individual bodies, encouraging personal agency so that everyone moves in a way that feels intuitive to them.
Our Queerwell session will be a largely restorative session blending some easy movement on our backs with some breathwork and relaxation techniques. All you need is a space to lie down, ideally on a yoga or pilates mat.
No prior experience of yoga is required. Nothing we do in the session is compulsory so please move gently and mindfully and only do the movements that work for your body. If you feel any discomfort at any point please stop that particular movement.
By joining the session you will need to register your details including your email address which will automatically subscribe you to Chloe’s newsletter (rather sporadic newsletter!) which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Session Time: 6pm Sunday 15th March
Session Duration: 45 minutes
